She texted my boyfriend this Oct asking if he wants his taxes done for the W2 he gave her in Feb. She also requested my sons SSN which we refused to send over text for obvious security reasons. She then took a picture of my social security card with her cell phone and sent it to my boyfriend with the message, want this? We offered to pick it up and she declined and is now ignoring all my requests for my legal documents to be returned. Ive been advised to file a complaint with the state board of accountancy by the compliance specialist.
