I kept seeing a charge on my account and ask many times to remove it. After over a year, I insisted to know what the charge was for. They told me it was for my business credit card services. In other words the charges my company was getting for charging customers with their credit card. Only thing is, I don't have a business. I had to keep fighting with them for more than a month and they offered to give me 2 months of the fees credited and if I had only told them sooner. For a year I told them and I don't have a business to have these charges. Can you believe this and the offer to give me 2 months credit for charges that totaled over $1000. I realize that most customer service is gone in the world, but this was completely ludicrous.
