This was an estate sale and we already had buyers for the house being sold in Phoenix, AZ, while we reside in the Austin, Texas area. We didn't feel the need for a realtor, but the buyers did want representation. So, we accepted the assistance of Colette Bunch from the Walt Danley Christie' s International Real Estate. From the first conversation that I had with Darla McCormick, I knew that we were in the right hands. She had the house staged and photographed in such a beautiful way and we had an offer within a day.
