This review is somewhat overdue since we closed and moved into our new home about 2 months ago. We worked with both Ray and Paul as a team in both the sale and purchase of our house and couldn't have been more pleased. Paul actually finalized both deals and was able to coordinate both closings on the same date, along with all the extra paperwork and outside agencies involved (title company, service warranty and inspection related contractors). Everything moved along very smoothly and we would highly recommend Paul to anyone especially interested in the Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

I had the pleasure of using Paul to sell our rental property in Scottsdale, while we lived out of state in Colorado. Having someone locally to facilitate the entire process was invaluable and I would not choose anyone else. From consistent, clear communication, to valuable advice on comps and market activity, Paul was awesome the entire time. We'll definitely be using Paul again in the future to sell other properties.
