In showing us homes to purchase he never wasted our time- he knew what we wanted and price range and sought only the properties that fit our parameters. He made what can be a stressful process easy and enjoyable and was always willing to go the extra mile to champion for us. We average selling and buying a home every 5 years, and our experience with David surpasses all realtors that we have worked with in the past. David is a very skilled and professional real state agent in the Phoenix area, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He was crucial helping us find a great home in this current difficult market, always available, weekends holidays and odd hours. Highly highly recommended. Fantastic experience.
