Mindset Sports Psychology

My son has worked with Adam for a few years navigating high school sports and now playing as a D1 football kicker. As we entered college recruiting, I quickly recognized we lacked the most critical type of training - the mindset! I greatly attribute my son's success to the work he does with Adam! What's most rewarding is hearing my son share ways in which the impact reaches beyond the football field. Working with Adam has been a highly rewarding journey for my son!

Going to see Adam was the best decision I could have made. I had been struggling with fear and anxiety in my stock trading for months. Nothing I tried on my own worked and my performance was steadily dropping as a result. After only one hypnotherapy session I felt a renewed sense of confidence and my performance has already improved. I'd recommend Mindset to anyone.

I cant thank Adam enough for helping me out with hypnotherapy. I was having lots of stress wit a new job I took on with more stress and responsibilities and after just one session with Adam I was able to better manage my stress. He gave me useful tips to put to immediate use and the hypnotherapy at the end of the session just helped me cement the whole thing into place so that it became immediately available for me to access in my daily life. This appointment was incredibly useful and practical- I would recommend to anyone needing to get over a hurdle in their sports or professional life.
