Initially called regarding a green pool which Purdy Pools was able to take care of quickly. Purdy now services my pool monthly and have had zero issues. Shawna and her team are great - very responsive, professional, and great communication.

Called Purdy Pool to get a quote on having my pool acid washed. Shawna was responsive, pricing was competitive and she was able to start the draining the pool same day. Communication was spot on and Jacob did a great job bringing our pebble finish back to like new. I appreciate doing business with a company that has people who care and take pride in what they do. Our pool service company of nearly 20 years recently discontinued service in our area so we were left to scramble to find a new company to service our pool. Fortunately for us, we found Purdy Pools. We are extremely impressed with the professionalism and outstanding customer service we have received as new clients. The owner, Shawna, is terrific and has been quick to respond every time we have reached out as new clients with a question or request. Everybody we have encountered on her team from Jose to Jacob to Raddy are very knowledgeable and are experts at what they do. After each weekly service call we are emailed a report with a picture of our pool to let us know what was done and that everything is working correctly. Purdy is passionate about pools. Purdy Pools, Shawna and her team of pool tech's are absolutely amazing!! Fantastic, on the spot service was provided based on a cold call I placed to them looking for some help with my green swampy pool. After calling other pool companies and not receiving one response from any of them, I called in desperation on a Saturday morning, I expected to leave a message, but Shawna answered. We had a great conversation, discussed my issues and later that day she came out to look at the pool. Shawna was very low key, no pressure to sell me anything, but honest in her analysis of my situation. Here excitement and passion about her field of work and her knowledge of water chemistry is what sold me on using Purdy Pools. We established a game plan to solve the existing issues, which in my case included updating my pool pump and filter system, something I felt needed to be done for years. We also switched out the water as it had been far too long since the last drain and refill. While empty I also had Purdy perform and acid wash and remove the calcium build up on the water line tile. Shawna then implemented the plan to perfection and on a timeframe that exceeded my expectations. My pool looks better than it ever has. I am so thankful of having found Purdy Pools, Shawna and her dedicated team of pool technician's. Purdy Pools is not your run of the mill pool company that just comes out and does an okay job; I have had plenty of those companies over the years. They are different and it shows with their attitude, and their excitement level to making sure my pool is in perfect health.
