I love this gym! They have helped me understand how to use the machines around the gym and knowing what parts of your body to target while doing so. I appreciate that because coming from other gyms, the coaches dont really explain in depth of what the workouts do to your body. Love the fact that they are very community minded individuals where gym members are invited to local event either outside or inside the facility whether it be a sport tournament, a community workout in the mornings to bring everyone together! So far I ve lost 12lb and only have 11 more to go for reaching my goal!
