Tyler is awesome! Over the past several months, Ive been inching closer to my weight goal and getting stronger in the process. You can really tell he cares about his craft and takes it seriously. Class act!

My trainer Tyler is truly phenomenal! I have been with him going on three months! I went from 235 to 209. With Tyler its not about just losing the weight though its about your health and building strength and stamina! He focuses on technique instead of just going through the motions and adding weight just to say youre adding weight. Couldnt ask for a better trainer ! I can only imagine my strength, stamina , and weight loss when I reach a year!

Tyler is an amazing personal trainer. He is an encouraging coach as well as a knowledgable teacher. He has a wonderful personality for motivating without pushing too hard. Every session is tailored specifically for me, and I always come away feeling positive, and knowing that I have worked harder each time! Thanks for making working out an appropriate challenge, and NOT a chore!!
