        Fastest oil change of all time !

        Today (19-Mar-2024) service was normal. However, there are indications that on 9-Jan-2024, a different Jiffy Lube did not change the oil, though I paid them for this. Specifically, on 9-Mar-2024, the oil light flashed for a second as I was on my way from Phoenix to Tucson, so I added 1 Qt of 5W-20 oil. Today checking the oil, it was completely dry, so I took my car to Brakemasters 1901 N Scottsdale Rd, where my mechanic said the oil had not been changed, & the sticker not replaced. So I took it to a different Jiffy Lube today where they confirmed that the sticker was not replaced & charged me for the oil they replaced today. I will be contacting Jiffy Lube more in depth on this matter.

        There soda machine in the lobby took my money and the employees at this location refused to refund me my money. Why have vending machines inside the store if they dont work and you refuse to refund customers money back absolutely disrespectful and absolutely not right for a business
