I pulled in 40 min prior to closing time. There were no other customers at the shop & I was told it was too close to closing to do a simple oil & fluids check. When I questioned this seeing as they were open for 40 more minutes, I was told it would be alot of work for him if in fact my oil did need to be topped off at all because then he would have to enter the amount used into the computer system. I'm usually very pleased by the services offered & the employees, and I believe that's why this encounter was extra disappointing

It's unfortunate but this store has a strategy of stealing from people. a dirty air filter and they say you need to change it, look at what the one you have is like and you're left wondering how they took it out so quickly. Well, if they already took it out, they should change it now. And at home you check the filters and they don't change them and the same with the oil filters and they tell you that the card payment machine is damaged and that if it has affection it is better I don't know if they do it with everyone or only with the people who They speak Spanish because they have a plot. Those who speak Spanish have a plot.
