I love this store and obviously the brand. Every time they serve me very well and I always find what I want and in good taste. The other day I ordered some shoes and when they arrived I didn't like them and as if nothing had happened they returned them to me without asking anything. All thanks to Karla!!! Thank you very much for everything!!!

A dress was purchased at this location. It was not worn or used. Had been in the wrapping paper and box since the day it was purchased. They didnt have the correct size so the floor model was sold, it was said it could be returned. Event cancelled, no need for the dress so we attempted to return it to the store. Store manager found a stain at the very very bottom of the dress. Refused the return or exchange. They very well could have returned that dress for it was in the same condition it was purchased in, as states their return policy. I do feel the store manager wasnt as professional as she could have been. Good luck to future customers that may want to exchange or return an item from this location or store manager. Store is nice, just bad management.
