We are thankful we went with Travek for our kitchen remodel. Amanda was the start of this journey. We did not think a bigger kitchen could be possible for our house but when she said she had a few ideas in mind, she wasnt kidding. We loved the design she showed us. She was easy to work with during the shopping phase. Our lead carpenter was John. Let me tell you about John. He had to demo our entire kitchen and living space to make an open concept. The demo (4 walls, kitchen ceiling, ground and kitchen counters) and building was done by himself, with no help!!! We could not be more impressed with him. He is professional, communicative, and detailed. He made it happen. So thank you Amanda and John!!!

This was our first remodeling experience and with us choosing TraVek for our project it turned out to be a very positive one. Kathy helped us through the entire design process. She was very knowledgeable, had lots of great ideas and was always available to answer questions or help in any way. Jim, our project manager, was wonderful to work with. His attention to every detail was outstanding and his quality of workmanship was excellent. He made sure our project went smoothly and was completed on time. We are extremely pleased with the results and couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. We will be calling TraVek again for any future projects we may have.

This company over-promised and under-delivered. The work of their contractors and staff was very good. Jessie was great! The problem was their project management. Originally they promised us a date in which they could complete, which was Nov 15th. This was one reason why they got the job. The job finished exactly 70 days late. I've got the email that says they'll try to get it completed by November 15th. The only delay they had was 2 weeks for the cabinets. They were delayed 1 more day when I had a problem with their third party payment system. I thought it had gone through, then realized it hadn't. They didn't say a thing to me except delayed the ordering of materials. It was quite difficult to pay them until I finally talked to their controller who simply took my credit card on November 20th. After that, there were numerous delays and false promises. At the end, the project manager, Jaryd, tries to tell us the hardware on the cabinets was not part of their pricing. I showed him the picture they sent us, but he still tried to say that they were doing it at cost after I argued with him. This was not a good experience and I wont recommend them. It cost us a lot of time and money with the 70 day late finishing. They never cleaned up. We had to do it all ourselves after we arrived in a mess. The mold issue was resolved in two days, but they use this as another excuse. We do not live in Phoenix, so we had hoped theyd help with a few things. Their attitude was always, thats not our job. For instance, a piece of tile was chipped off by one of our contractors who we hired to take out water damaged drywall. We didnt know this. Travek just put the baseboard over the large chip in the tile. Now well have to take it off and get someone else to fix. We didnt even know until we arrived that the chip was there. Not a well managed project. Now, at least 2 months after completion, I cannot get a price for the two countertops we purchased through Travek. My insurance company demands this and I've gotten the runaround from everyone I've spoken to at Travek and not one person has contacted me back. I'm on my 5th phone call. They appear to be purposefully not trying to deal with me. Most insurance companies demand an itemized list and Travek is refusing to itemize these countertops. DO NOT use these people as they will cost you.

Timely, Professional, and No sugar coating!! was worried about the experience id have with communication and materials due to working with other roofers but these guys have provided the best experience ive had to date with my new tile roof!
