The showrooms is excellent for seeing all various appliances with a sales associate helping you define your needs. SWC stands above the rest with the chefs demonstration and explanation how to use each appliance! The proof was in the delicious meal that made you excited to use the appliances. All questions were thoroughly answered, and a wealth of knowledge gained from the collective.

Last night I attended their CSO steam oven use and care and how to use the product class. It was a very amazing class. I am so much more informed on all the features of how to use my new steam oven. My wife is no longer intimidated by all the different settings.

This team brought an exceptional level of expertise and passion that made the entire experience not only informative but also incredibly enjoyable. Luke and Derek's knowledge and culinary skills were truly impressive. Their guidance through the functionalities of the convection steam oven was clear, detailed, and sprinkled with helpful tips and tricks that made the learning process seamless. Alison, Jennifer, Debbie, Matt, Veronica, and Cathy were equally fantastic, offering their unique insights and expertise, making the session comprehensive and engaging. Their collective experience and willingness to share their expertise elevated the class to a whole new level. The hands-on approach taken by the team was invaluable. From basic functions to advanced techniques, they covered everything with patience and enthusiasm. They answered all our queries and ensured that everyone felt comfortable using the oven's features by the end of the session.
