        The prices aren't transparent. And they do the technique where they do partial repair so you can't wear it unless you pay to finish the repair. Also they broke my stuff.

      A little clarity is necessary:1. We don’t do any work for you until we assess the item, and provide a price and a timeline. We don’t work or ask for payment until both are agreed upon. That’s pretty transparent.2. We polished four rings for you for free as we do as a courtesy for our clients. Turns out your rings were fake and nickel plated. When it was revealed your items were fake, you got mad at us? Despite this we plated them with white gold at no cost. That pricing was pretty good. In the future, tell whoever works on your rings that they are fake. It will save everyone a lot of time.Thanks for the review.
