Title: Disappointing Experience at 3 Palms Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ I recently booked a stay at the 3 Palms Hotel in Scottsdale, AZ, via Hotwire, where it was advertised as a 3-star accommodation. However, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, it was evident that the hotel was not well-maintained. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt and grime throughout the premises. The condition of the room was particularly disappointing, with an unpleasant odor that pervaded the space. Overall, my stay at the 3 Palms Hotel was marred by subpar conditions and a lack of adherence to the standards one would expect from a 3-star establishment. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel to others seeking accommodation in Scottsdale Rooms: Not neat & well maintained

Terrible hotel. The only good things were the location and the pool. The sink was dirty when we checked in. There was a false eyelash stuck to the sink faucet. And when we asked for the room to be cleaned, the sink was still dirty and the eyelash still there. One of the desk clerks was rude. He literally rolled his eyes when we asked for more coffee, and then said not to ask for more because they were out. Although there was only a microwave, and not a kitchenette, we would have expected that some dishes or utensils would be available. But they did not have any. And, again, he was rude when we asked about utensils. The clothes closet is tiny, and worn out. There was not even a single towel rack at the sink to hang a washcloth. We would not recommend this motel.

We got in with a delayed flight at 3am and our check in gal was nothing but sweet. Room was clean, we LOVED the jacuzzi tub, location was excellent. My partner kept going to the front desk for toilet paper, towels, etc and they were always so friendly and kept saying we can just call. Our room was right next to the front lobby so no worries on that. Pool was quiet and relaxing, loved that there was a small gym and coin laundry units available which were super convenient as my partner and I were in for a week and you know how laundry can stack up! Park right next to it was so fun to lime scooter in, they had basketball courts and volleyball courts and people were fishing. Really nice area and so close to everything. Service, amenities, location 10/10!

Front desk is very cooperative. Rooms are very clean. It has all that one could ask for as a traveler. Price is very good compared to other options in Scottsdale. Swimming pool as also well maintained.
