When our daughter became sick with cancer and it was evident that she wasn't going to get well, Uplift Hospice came to us sent by God, Jennifer & Lexi are our Angels, then Maria the RN. These ladies are truly the most kind, loving, compassionate, supportive, ready-to-serve at a moment's notice women ever, that we could not have imagined possible, they all went above and beyond their duty as hospice workers! These awesome people came in to take care of our sick daughter and they were so caring for her (and her Dad & I) that we felt like they knew all of us for a long time, we became instant friends through a very difficult time! I would recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you all so much!!!

I have been fortunate to select the most incredible Hospice Service, Uplift Hospice. As soon as I met the team I know this was the right service for my Mom who was in a local nursing home with last stage dementia.
The services they all provided to care for my mom were so professional, they always communicated with me for every visit, honored family's wishes. Besides nursing care which was outstanding, they also had spiritual, Chaplin Chris had many visits with my Mom which she found so comforting. Her journey was difficult but made her situation an easier transition for her as well as her family.
My Mom recently passed in her sleep after her morning visit with the Chaplin from Hospice. Hospice was called immediately by the nursing home staff and the hospice nurse returned to the facility immediately and by the family's request Chaplin Chris returned as well to give my Mom her last rites of the Church as she would have wanted.
Uplift Hospice has contacted me after her passing to comfort the family as well and offered to this day any assistance with grief counseling.
