Run! Run away! They used to be fabulous, but they took a turn for the worst recently. They decided not to recertify my mom about 2-3 weeks out despite the fact that she is 89 and laying in bed wasting away. Once they informed me of their decision my mom became a non-priority for them. They resigned the RN, who my mom loves, without notice, with no good-byes or anything. They never weighed her to document any weight lose as the doctor said it wouldn't matter in their decision. Now, on her last day when she is supposed to get bathed, they are short a CNA. I'm certain that they didn't prioritize my mom at all in their decision who would get the service. They are being sold, or have been, and they are not open and honest about their intentions. The RN my mom had is fabulous (Jackie) and we followed her to this company for a second time. Now, I hope she follows my mom to her next hospice company.

I spoke with Karl at Family Comfort immediately after finding out my Dad didn't have much time left. He was so devoted to getting us the help we needed. Despite us having bad information about the process prior. I would highly recommend them. Very kind and thorough.

I had the wonderful pleasure of working with this team of incredible women and I wanted anyone and everyone to know that in the unfortunate event that you need to help a family member live out their days with hospice, ask for Desiree as your hospice aide and Janna as your case worker/RN. These people care, respect, educate and love your family member as much as you do. Wonderful care! Truly an honor to have worked with them. Phan and Rene say thanks so much for taking care of Annie. We will always be grateful
