On march 19th I came in, to get my son's hair cut. Connie was the one to cut it. When The hair was wet it looked good. Once it dried I could see that some parts were cut very short and others were left very long. I work Monday through Friday and came back on Saturday the 25th of March. There I spoke to cathread who didn't want to help me. Eventually she said that she had to speak to a Chris and that she would not fix my son's hair. After Catherine spoke to Chris she let me know that Connie would need to fix my son's hair not her. All I was asking was from my son's hair to be fixed. I then went in on Saturday the 26th and Connie said she had no availability for me would not be able to help me cause she's booked up. I went in today April 1st to get my money back Catherine refused to help me and said she'd have to call Chris she refused to tell me how long that would take and when she would be able to assist me. Finally she told me in about 3 hours then she would be able to call Chris. Katherine called me back within 35 minutes or so. She told me she spoke to Chris and this Chris person said they would not refund the money. I asked for chris's phone number and Catherine refused I continuously asked for a supervisor's information, Catherine refused, I asked for someone from corporate's phone number, Catherine refused, when I asked for who her supervisor is she informed me that she is her own supervisor and there is no one above her. When I asked who Chris was she would not tell me she informed me that this was owned by a small business and I assumed that Chris was the owner. Later on after many times of me asking for help she said that Chris was not the owner. However she refused to tell me who he was. I asked for more help and she refused to either fix my son's hair or provide me with my money back. Poor customer service was provided throughout this whole 3 weeks. I was not asking for much nor was I angry. I was however frustrated. Service: Kids' cuts

It works best to call the salon directly to schedule an appointment. Had a wonderful experience today with a stylist named Katherine. She has a long career as a stylist and is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I was very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend her!
