Scottsdale Extension & Color Bar

Selena really listened to my concerns regarding my extensions. Previously I had 6 wefts in a single row. I always thought that was not well distributed for my fine hair. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable moving forward with switching to two rows instead of one. She also (finally) got me to the cool (mushroom) tone I have been wanting for years for my blonde pieces and my brunette body. She is amazing!

I wanted to love this place! It is so cute, I got an appointment almost immediately and the young lady who installed 12 Micro links was very delightful, helpful and did an amazing job with the color match and filling in the front sides of my hair to add to my already hand tied wefts I had installed elsewhere. The problem started when the hair dried out almost immediately, after about the 2nd wash. I only use hair products that are safe, professional and good for the hair, my hand tied wefts are well over 3 mths old and I've had zero problems. So as the micro extensions are drying out they do not blend with my existing hair, they don't curl the same, they tangle very badly and very easily no matter how gentle I am with them and they make my hair look bad and damaged. I contacted the salon, told them my situation asked if they could removed them and if they offered any quarantee refund or partial refund for their services, product ect... and to my surprise they said No to the refund or quarantee. Disappointed yes, but the real disappointment came when I tried to make an appointment to have them removed.. I understand they have appointments booked, but the micro links literally only took about 30 mins to install, I would think fitting in and finding a little bit of time for an unhappy customer at the very least would be a customer service priority. I gave them 3 mornings/early afternoons and 1 other afternoon that I was available and they could only offer me 1 appt at 3pm (in the entire week) at a time that I could literally not make. In fact they literally reiterated to me the same day and time and said it was all they had as if I was not hearing them or not being reasonable by saying I could not make the appointment.. It just makes me sad that they not do not guarantee their work but they also make it impossible to have the hair removed and now after the conversation I had with them (I felt they were offended, took it personal and they made me feel like I was being unreasonable and difficult) I feel uncomfortable going back into the salon. So I'm left to find someone else and pay to have them removed. The customer service was amazing until I expressed unhappiness with the hair. Service: Hair extensions

Kacey was a amazing stylist! I love my hair! This was my first time coming and my experience was fantastic! I felt very comfortable!
