9Round Kickboxing Fitness

Stopped in to work out while I was in Scottsdale, tough workout but a lot of fun! Caroline runs a great gym - very welcoming, looking forward to coming back next time Im in town.

I've been working out at 9 Rohnd for a couple of weeks. Having a boxing background, I was looking for a place to scratch the itch and at the same time meet my fitness goals. Caroline is the trainer I work with in the morning. She's awesome!

Best place to workout ever!!! I was nervous to step out of my comfort zone but everyone is so nice and encouraging, I was hooked after my first time.

Super workout with Caroline at 9 Round in Scottsdale. Custom workout to fit your needs and ability. Great overall workout - tones and strengthens arms, legs and abs. Absolutely the best!
