3 years ago I moved here from So Cal and had a side hustle in furniture consignment for 10 years. The first store I visited when I moved to AZ was here with Jill at Lost and found. She so kind heartily guided me to be a successful consigner, I knew I was coming from the beach to the desert and design taste differs. I had never seen my items sell so fast and look so well curated. She instilled the utmost highest of standards but most importantly she treated me like a friend. Her staff knows me by name, Im also a customer the 2 large urns from this store for the entry of my home gets endless compliments and of course I tell them I got them half off retail at Lost and Found. Lost and Found is an asset to the community and I just wanted to say thanks!

Went on a weekday with a family member. Several sales associates behind a desk area chatting and never acknowledged us the entire time we were in the store; and we were the only shoppers in the store for a period of time, so there is no excuse.
Just my personal opinion; I realize the store is in Scottsdale, but a more friendly and welcoming attitude might garner more wanting to shop there.
What came to mind when we left was the movie Pretty Woman and the segment where Julia Robert's character enters a store and is shunned based on her appearance.
Fortunately, for us, other stores were more welcoming and we found some
home furnishing items to enhance the living spaces of our home.

love this place and visit regularly!! always a vast selection and changing scene which makes each time i swing by fresh. never know what youll find, what piece will speak to you! even if youre not in the furniture market, inspiration may strike! lovely, kind staff here who really know their stuff. see you next time lost&found!

First of all the staff members are wonderful. There is a saying in sales that a person purchases a product not because they feel the emotional connection to a product but because of the people they do business with - this is exactly the case. The staff went above and beyond to answer my question, pulled the product high up on a wall so I can measure the antlers and get an idea of the size and weight of the product. This highly impressed me so I drove back to Scottsdale the following day which is an 1.5 hour drive for me with traffic on a Friday to see the friendly staff and purchase this product that finally fills a blank space into a showcase room.
