    Actually the first review I've ever written but I'm hopeful others may read this and won't be fooled by this company. Received damaged items and was given the work around for months trying to resolve the situation. I began calling once the company stopped responding to emails and they told me that "it's been too long to process any sort of refund." In other words, they purposely dragged out the illusion of resolving the problem until enough time had passed. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    The people in this company order everything all over the USA, they forget to do their job, they hand write bills it’s like dealing with the pork and bean company! No professionalism and no customer service. This company is excellent at giving excuses and not picking up their phone! On top of that they are very unorganized, in this company the right hand don’t know what left hand doing

    Initially the service was decent. However, after you buy the furniture, it takes way longer than expected to deliver. They told me 8-10 weeks, but we are going on week 13 (they said it will probably arrive in another 2 weeks - FIVE whole weeks from the longest projected time). I think customers have the right to call and check up on their order, but sometimes they are rude and cut you off whenever you ask where your order is, and if there is a better projected time of arrival. If I had known it would take this long to deliver just a dining set and a bedroom set, I would have just ordered from somewhere local and called it a day. Honestly, the service is just terrible. UPDATE: It has now been over 17 weeks and my furniture still has not arrived. I call every week to ask about when I should be expecting my furniture to be delivered, and they give me a promised date every time only to push it back over and over again. I feel like customers have the right to be angry about a situation like this where their items do not arrive MONTHS past the promised delivery date. In addition, customer service has gone way down. When the company cannot own up to their mistakes and claim that the shipping time is out of their control, that is poor customer service. Instead, they should stop making excuses and just say sorry to their customers and at least not cut their customers off when conversing. Just because a customer has a complaint, does not mean you should cut them off every time and say “you don’t understand” while speaking in a demeaning tone. We are customers, and we just expect our items to arrive on time and in one piece. We understand that sometimes things come up and deliveries can be late, but when it has been over DOUBLED the projected amount of time, that is way too long. We are not trying to make things difficult. I have been very patient for so long, but I cannot believe I am still met with such poor customer service on top of the overdue delivery. At this rate, I could order something from China and will probably receive it before this order I made 17 weeks ago. Also, don’t be surprised if they start to ignore your calls because they cannot do business properly after they have taken your money. Please do yourself a favor and order from a different company; it will save you from a few gray hairs. Final update: Finally got the furniture I ordered back in March (it’s now the end of July). Super unsatisfied with my order as they didn’t come in good condition. One of the chairs from my dining table set has a noticeable dent on the wooden leg, making it very unpleasing to look at. There was also a huge dent on the king-sized bed that I did not notice until the movers left. Policy states that they can’t do anything about it unless it was written on the piece of paper after signing off on the furniture. Hopefully they do something about the chair since I noticed that straight away and even called them; but I don’t expect them to do it soon since they work at a snail’s pace. I was expecting the furniture to be worth the wait, but sadly, it was not. Highly would not recommend ordering from this place. Please be warned.
