Celebrated a friend's birthday with a group of 6. Our waiter was amazing, the good was so delicious, and the ambiance of the adorable converted house, makes this one of the best I've been to in Scottsdale.

This was our second trip here in March. Both times we had a table for four, immediately welcomed and then taken care of so well you just have to feel great. Food, cocktails, wine selection, ambiance and service were all memorable. House brasserie's chef has wonderful well thought out dishes that are innovative and delicious appetizers, main courses and desserts. Service staff are all really great, particularly Kate stands out as one of the best servers we have had anywhere. The guy that started off the table with water would magically keep the glasses full. Expensive restaurant but worth every penny.

Sea bass and filet were great. Brussel sprouts were awesome as well. Very good wine list as well

The good was delicious!
The service was great!
However, here we were, my husband and I, on vacation and out for a quiet, romantic, dinner for two, and even with the rest of the restaurant empty, they sat a table of 6 directly across from us. Those people were celebrating their childrens' engagement. Congratulations! As expected, they were happy, excited, and loud. Again, the entire restaurant was empty except for our two tables. So much for our quiet, romantic, meal. We finished our main course and left. We would have liked to enjoy dessert, after dinner drinks, and time to chat. It would have been nice, if once the staff realized how noisy the other party was, they offered to move us to a quieter location.
Would we go back? Yes, but we would be VERY selective about where were seated.
