My situation started out amicable then went south fast. I brought Rob Singer into a messy schedule 69 agreement that had changed from friendly to extremely unfriendly. Rob was understanding, knowledgable and at the same time dealt with the high emotions both from myself and my ex and her volatile council. He managed my expectations for cost associated with the proceedings, time and wasn’t afraid to tell me if I was not being constructive. Rob is a true professional and the only council I would ever recommend to a friend. I highly recommend Mr Singer to anyone needing legal representation in the family law arena.

Mr. Pistiner is by far one of the best lawyers you could ever deal with. He returned calls promptly, DID NOT charge for every little thing and gave solid precise direction for my case! He is extremely passionate and understanding and handled my case with a level of professionalism that is hard to find. His rates are MORE than fair! Rob is a brilliant, knowledgeable and trustworthy domestic relations lawyer. I am so grateful for his tenacity and dedication. I will spare you the gory details, but I was forced to defend myself in a parental alienation circumstance in which I lost custody of my child. He defended my character and my rights like they were his own. He has spent the last 3 years fighting for me and also protecting my interests during the darkest period of my life with a very successful outcome. Jason helped me with my divorce. He was very confident, responsive, and very informative. He put confidence in a tough situation most people don’t want to be in. He gave clear instructions and made sure paper work was understood. Divorce went very smoothly and done in a timely manner. Very effective and efficient when you have someone who knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend if you’re going through a divorce or separation.
