Forever 21

Came to store @ 7:58pm. Tried to open the door and it was locked. I figured the store closes at 8 but then I decided to look on google and store is supposed to close @ 9pm. What upset me the most is that 2 employees saw me and 1 tried to pretend like he didnt see me. The other looked annoyed when he told me that they were closed. I guess Im glad they werent open because they had horrible attitudes, but also maybe you guys should update your hours.both employees were males with longer hair.

The cashier wasn't very nice. Also weird how there weren't any employees greeting you on the floor? Or is that not a common practice anymore? I get greeted at every other clothing store I go to. There was quite a variety of clothing for different styles. Although there isn't a + sign they don't have size variety so just a fair warning to those that are Plus it usually says "Forever21 +"

The hours need to be updated. Online states they are open till 9m and the employee stated they close at 8 Monday through Thursday and the doors were locked.

Decided to do some more shopping in this store. Last time was during Covid & your dressing rooms were closed. We had to purchase the items, go to another store close by, use their dressing room & bring back the items we didnt want. Last evening the employees made sure to tell a few times it was getting time to close. I went to the register & asked it you had any coupons or dealsNO. I asked if you had a Militarily discountNOmy comment wasWhy are we shop here?? Your cashier had absolutely NO personality!! Im now looking for the items online for a better price, so I can return these items. It seems your employees should be HAPPY. 1 they have a job! 2 that we the shoppers are the reason you have that job! And its the holidays. I for 1 am not planning on shopping here again!
