Do not sell or buy from Vroom ...Two years ago we bought a Alfa Romero from Vroom and it was a nightmare we found out a year later they sold us the Alfa with damage to the car.... we took it a friend's body shop and they told us the vehicle was recently in a accident and Vroom tried to cover it up with very bad shop work they had done on the car and the paint didn't even match. I had to pay out of my pocket to fix it and repaint the areas needing new paint. Absolutely don't ever trust this company and also they tried selling us the same car with only one key fob.

Dalton is awesome. I got a price online, drove to location and walked out in 30 minutes with a check! No games, no back tracking. Awesome experience. Great Business model (I had offers from 4 online companies. VROOM was the most fair and easy)

Vroom is a joke. Offered me $500 for a trade in that I got $3000 at Ideal cars. Also the same car we wanted to buy with the same features and mileage was $3000 more at Vroom. Vroom is for lazy uneducated people who are ok with being victims
