        Ive been taking my GTI to Chapman VW for service for a few years now, and theyve always taken great care of my car. They are extremely communicative and responsive, thorough with their service and they even covered my Lyft ride the other day so I could pick up my car after repairs. I highly recommend Chapman VWs service department - thanks so much Alex and the entire team!

        Service Advisor, Ty, was professional and personable. Our service wait time was promised for an hour and a half; and was completed in just an hour! The patron waiting area was comfortable; and the reception area was attentive, offering coffee, water and complimentary popcorn. We were impressed with our experience with the Chapman VW service department.
