I have shopped with them on two occasions now. Once online and once in store. BEWARE!!! They sell the same items online for a fraction of what they charge you in store! I was charged $58.00 in store and it was only $24.00 online... Oh and did I mention If you decide you don't like an item they only give you 21 days to return even with COVID going on. They also wouldn't dare make it convenient to do a return so if you wish to return by mail they will charge you for shipping. More than half the items online look completely different from what you actually are sent- The items are cheap and poorly made.
I couldn't find my card so when I went to do my return per the "Manager" they would only give store credit even with a Visa debit card purchase.... So you better never get a new card if you want your money back. Like they couldn't easily just refund my other bank card... Apparently Francesca's needs a refresher course in customer service. I wouldn't waste my time shopping with a company that doesn't value their customers or try to come up with another solution.
