I had a great experience at Roxanne's! Purchased a dress for a formal gala event on my first visit. I read other reviews that made it seem like the staff was not body positive, but I felt as though they definitely were! I just had a baby so I'm larger than my typical size and they were very accommodating / empowering. Ended up with a fit that made me look and feel great. The ladies were all very nice! Appointments are required but I called and was able to get in the same day. The selection wasn't huge but it was all high quality. Definitely recommend!

If I could give 10 stars I would. We walked in looking for a prom dress for my daughter and they were so welcoming and helpful! My daughter tried on about 8 dresses and they were so patient and gave her the time needed with no pressure. She found her dress and we are so happy. I would highly recommend checking this place out, the customer service is truly outstanding!

Literally one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever walked into. Normally don't leave reviews no matter how bad the experience was but I'm leaving this to warn future shoppers to stay away. Owner ( Lola ) was rude. Came here at 12 because that's when she told me to come in to pick up my dress and she said I needed to wait another 30 minutes (I live far and had a fitting to go to at 1.) she said she'd call me about my dress when it came in and never called I had to find out by calling her??? My prom was in a week. When I did call her about my dress she said she "didn't know if it was the right one"?????? She also kept asking me for the dress number when she never gave me that or told me. Businesses should keep records of things like that. When I walked into the store to try on my dress it was the wrong one. She offered me a refund and said " I don't need your money that bad anyway" but I didn't know if I could find a dress on time so I was like "I'll wait until Friday" (which was when it was supposed to come in , the right dress) Finally on friday I've decided I didn't want the dress anymore and asked for the refund that she offered and she said no and that "she'd rather talk to my parents." Lola is rude, deceiving, unprofessional and to be honest someone else needs to run this store because she is doing a shitty job at it. I would never ever go here ever again nor will I recommend anyone.
