this is the absolutely worst customer service, I had to schedule 3 times just to order some checks and they did not arrive, so I ordered again same thing. BTW you cannot talk to a person on the phone.

This is my bank, unfortunately. I'd tried calling 7 BOAs today. The same robot lady answers the phone, but no humans will talk to me to answer my question.  Horrible, horrible customer service.

If I had the option of giving a zero star I would. I opened a account there for our rental business several weeks ago, went back yesterday to add my husband to the account and to deposit a Bank of America cashier check . Not only did they refuse to accommodate me but they offered a bunch of excuses.that all the bankers were on a conference call and had to reschedule 5 hours later. But the coupe de grace was when the male associate looked at my husband and asked him if his credit was frozen then further declared that his Real I. D compliant drivers license and his US passport would not be sufficient proof of his identity. Then stated that he would need to provide a social security card . When my husband asked why his response was to prevent fraud a piece of paper with numbers on it and no picture is going to prevent fraud . REALLY! We ended up leaving that branch and going to a branch on Ray rd in Phoenix. The branch manager and banker were extremely accommodating, were able to work us in even tho we did not have a appointment. They treated us with respect and they somehow managed to assist us with out asking the racially profiling questions that we were besieged with at the pinnacle peak branch. Nor was he asked for a social security card, instead he was asked to provide his social security number. To sum it up my husband who is black and is also the president of a $80 million dollar Hospitalty company cant seem to be afforded the respect and common human dignity at one Bank of American branch while the Ray rd branch had a completely different culture.
