No drive up ATM? Multibillion dollar bank can't afford that?

The atm here stole $1000 out of $1800 I was depositing. I didnt think it would be an issue but this happened in May 2023 and after several very long conversations, chase has only given me back $200 of the $1000 it stole from me. Chase bank is now a thief in my mind and stole $800 from me. This shows what is happening to this bank and what we can expect in the near future. Protect your money and never trust the atm here and the people of Chase bank. Thieves!

UGH! Be prepared to wait, 100% chance. You will always wait. Nobody at this branch is interested in honoring your appointment time. You need an appointment for most things. When you schedule the appointment, the times available are limited. When you arrive, you will be seated and told the personal banker will be with you shortly. The shortest wait I have experienced was about 25 minutes. I've waited as long as 45 minutes then left. Frustrating. I would switch banks, but for certain reasons cannot. Oh, by the way, there is no public restroom. One word. Yuck! Please click if this was helpful.

Tanner was able to help me receive more cash from my paycheck i was trying to cash out when my funding was to low on my account to receive the amount I needed, he was able to give me enough cash back so I could pay my aps bill. I appreciate that he went up and over to accommodate my need.

I had bank fraud and they were very courteous and helpful! I'm very dedicated to this bank and won't change anytime soon!
