        Simply horrible customer service. Most of the employees have absolutely no knowledge of bank policy Chase Private Banking is beyond a joke.....again no customer service I always go to other Chase Banks for service

        What separates any business apart from others is it’s employees and customer satisfaction. Every employee I have had the pleasure of interacting with at this particular branch has gone out of their way to be helpful and kind. There is one employee in particular that has gone above and beyond every time I’ve had a problem. She gets to the root of it and figures out a solution without hesitation. She is nothing short of amazing. Thank you, Desiree Y. You are truly the best
