Pleasant bank, helpful teller, no issues. There was a slight wait to make my deposit.

Zero Stars. Now let me explain why. I started banking here after I moved away from my local bank in Colorado which was very hands on helpful and had great communication. Well this bank will restrict/take fees/close your account without so much as a single warning or email and will find ways to skim money from your account and checks to make more money. They recently closed my account for no reason and haven't given me my money yet despite being required by law to send me my money in the mail or schedule with me to give it to me in person. I will now forever have trust issues and will be getting 100% of what I'm told in writing from now on. These failures need to do better.

Six years ago when we opened our Chase account this was an excellent choice.  People always willing to help when you walked in the door.  Today, you have to sit in the lobby for an extended period of time before someone approaches you to help with your banking needs.  Two weeks ago I walked to the counter yo cash a check.  No one seemed to be there but I then realized the casher had her head on the desk and I couldn't see her.  No did she see me.  Unfortunately I had to wake her from her nap.  This location needs some Help, ASAP!  As I am writing this there are four cashiers behind the desk but not one person can help with other banking needs.  This needs to be addressed.
