Highly recommend this spot. Max and the rest of the staff were very helpful and serviced my vehicle on short notice. I will definitely be back for any service issues I have in the future

I made appointment for Oil Change and Tire Rotation yesterday Today I arrived at this auto shop at 1:00pm for my appointment. They told me it would be a few hours And I informed them it would be only an hour which is what I was told by the technician when I called to inquire about the service and price I cancelled the tires rotation but I saw the mechanic taking the tires off So I stopped him. I had to use the powder room, it was filthy My bladder was full but couldn't reveive myself. The manager told me after I informed him of the filthy bathroom situation, that the Oil Change would be no charge. I told him that was good because I guess email the owner of Garage requesting a Discount. I was given my keys I checked my vehicle body the technician told me to have a better day Which I ignored. They didn't give me a receipt for work done on my car. I walked back into lobby and requested the documents They refused and I insisted. Then three employees began to Verbally Attack me. My heart was pounding I thought I was having a heart attack.( I had to take my Heart Medicine when I got home.) I left. I emailed complaint to Owner of auto shop, The health department and Attorney General Consumer Protection. Department. I'll never take my car to First Class Auto Service again.
