Been using Jeremy and Ice Cold Air for nearly 15 years as he installs ALL the units for my Solar clients and I could NOT ask for a better experience as there is NO fix for Perfection!

Jeremy Pratt enthusiastically sold us a York unit about 4 years ago. Every summer since, weve had issues and now when we call him hes NEVER available. If I call from a different # hell answer promptly. Otherwise he lets the call go to voicemail and requests that you text him and once you do text him, he follows up with hes too busy and to call around and locate an A/C guy that works on York. What good is a warranty on parts for 10 years if we cant even find a contractor that works on that brand? CONFIDENCE TRICKSTER is what comes to mind.oh and dont give me started on the cheap thermostat he sold us. On a positive note, hes very polite and prompt when it comes to selling you a new unit. My AC wasnt quite sounding right this AM so I called Jeremy at Ice Cold Air LLC and he was able to get someone here within 2 hours!
2nd time Ive had to use them over the years and its been a positive experience both times. Highly recommend!
