Don has been repairing our Heating/AC units since 2011 when we moved to AZ, reference from our daughter & son-in-law.
The units are now over 24 years old, so we have been fortunate that Don has been able to repair, until now. Don's son Seth came over to diagnose. Seth dropped off a ROOM A/C for bedroom!
While on vacation, Don ordered us a new unit, a crane to lift it unto the roof, and cooler temps for working on the roof!
Mission Accomplished:: Don and Seth, did the impossible.
Measured for an ELBOW to match old to new, 1st didn't work, so another ordered and made; INSTALLATION COMPLETE, tested and declared A-OK.
fyi: getting the last unit availble was an ACT OF GOD
parts to repair old unit would have been very explensive
2nd unit is still working Thankfully
THANKS Don and Seth for working so hard and getting the job done RIGHT.
