The comments says it all! This company was referred to me by my son in law. The owner Jon is reliable and trustworthy. He genuinely cares more about the customer than the money and has proven that with his prompt response and service to our home. Its Always a relief to me and my wife whenever we find honest and reliable companies to service our home. This is most definitely a company that well continue to use for our future AC needs.

I called several companies, including the company that installed my AC unit and no one would help me with the condensate flooding I was having. I called J &J and Jerry answered, told me he could come the next day, then called me a bit later to say he would come by on his way home at 6pm. Jerry was so nice and helpful and taught me a few things while he was here. As a single lady and first time homeowner, I couldnt have asked for a better person to come help me. Thank you Jerry, Ill be calling you for maintenance and for hot water heater replacement soon!

I highly recommend J and J HVAC for all your AC, venting and heating repairs. After getting a $1,600 quote from a technician at a larger company, Jon Morgan came and diagnosed my AC issues within 15 minutes. Then repaired the problem at the extremely affordable rock-bottom price of $65.
Jon is one of the most honest, ethical, straight shooters you'll find in the HVAC industry. If you're looking for a highly-skilled and experienced technician/business owner who's not going to try and upsell you on unnecessary "repairs" (or a whole new heat pump) you don't need, contact him. He's a nice guy, customer-service friendly and most importantly ... has some of the lowest rates in Phoenix metro --- if not the lowest!
