We used this company to inspect AC prior to our purchase of a new home. Due to a miscommunication from an ambiguous invoice and request for further documentation, I received this response from the owner. I am just so hurt that I was treated this way... "Amanda, your complete lack of knowledge and understanding of this matter has completely eroded my patience. This is the last email I am writing in this matter. You can either call me and I will explain your incompetence to you or (and I would really prefer this second option) your clients can call me and I will explain it to them. Thank you, Joseph L. Joe was very quick to respond to an AC outage and I was able to get an evaluation and quote the same day. The installers were professional and courteous, and left everything tidy and clean after installation. I will be using them when the 2nd AC needs to be replaced.
