        Made an appointment 2 weeks ago for my fiance and myself. We sat in front of the building waiting for anyone for almost 2 hours. I called a jackson hewitt number and was connected to a worker in globe an hour away. They said they would look into it and called back to say the person that was supposed to take care of us had a family emergency and put a note on the door wich was in my belief was an absolute lie. I checked all windows and the floor inside. No note. The reason I'm so upset is because there was no email saying it was canceled. We rescheduled with the person from globe. She is the only reason we didn't go somewhere else. Haven't met you yet but thank you for treating us like people. They get three stars and not 1 because of her. jackson hewitt give that woman a raise.

        Used drop off service. No communication at all as to when we could pick taxes up. Several phone calls netted an appt. no explanations, just sign here sign there and all we received was a copy. Been a week and still no communication as to when we will receive original documents. Worst tax preparation, worst communication for taxes we have ever used. Never again
