AT&T Store

Had a bad experience at the Ironwood location. Went to transfer my elderly sister's old phone that was having battery issues to my old phone that worked fine. The kid swapped the sim chip and did not advise or help with getting my apps and info off my phone. We hadn't done this before and thought the sim chip would be a smooth transition. My phone should have been wiped along with the sim chip being put in. Going to take her off AT&T. My husband and I have Verizon. The Verizon store in San Tan Valley was much more helpful.

All within the first 45 days - First bill not even due yet: Day 15: AT&T Leaks my personal data on the dark web. Day 32: AT&T fails to honor their commitment and trade me phones costing me $2,000 in charges when they were supposed to have been FREE - They took away trade in credits and only offered $140 a phone. Day 45: AT&T threatens to disconnect service if I don't pay $582 when I agreed to $132 a month. Management doesn't care, no one does. This is a bait and switch, and a scam. STAY AWAY FROM AT&T I agreed to trade my phones in and get two samsung 24+ for free. My bill was supposed to be $132 a month. I was told nothing about the thirty day window that you have to return the phone. Nor did I receive any information on how to trade in my phone. Long story short, They refuse to honor the trade in Credit that was in the deal, so now i'm stuck paying $2000 dollars for two phones that were supposed to have been free. Also, my first bill isn't just a little larger as they said it would be, it was 400% larger. $580 for two lines. At&t is the WORST and I am working with my attorney to see what I can do.

As a corporate store , should be able to review all transactions from any store in the system including purchases /accessories of any kind . I could not return my accessories because corporate store could not view items in system. I have receipt and proof

Friendly staff. Knowledgable. Helped with account issues on 2 new phones and professionally installed screen protectors. All in a very short time w/ no wait for me on that day.

I wish I could remember the manager's name because this guy was amazing. AT&T got it right with this gentleman. Very kind and professional.
