        Jay couldnt have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this Verizon Store. Were older and didnt grow up with cell phones and Jay was very patient with us.

        Very upset with how this location didn't disclose to us that they were not an actual verizon. They didnt setup our account right and our bill was extremely high. Our phones werent transferred right. Its very upsetting that we had to go through this and are still trying to set things up correctly at an actual verizon store. We will never go to them again.
