Jessie took the time to dig deep and helped me discover why I was experiencing neck and back pain on the bike. Not only did she provide me with tools to ensure I stay strong and healthy after my sessions, but she also fit me properly to my bike. Jessie understands how much professional athletes demand from their bodies and how it takes constant fine tuning to help them perform at the highest level. I look forward to continue working with her through her at home strength program!

I met with Jessie where she evaluated my current condition, torn Achilles tendon. She determined some of my smaller muscles, foot and hip had been putting too much pressure on the Achilles. I did exercises to strengthen the foot and hip muscles. I recently returned from two softball tournaments without having any pain in my Achilles. Five stars to Dr Jessie and Chain Reaction Physical Therapy.

In July, 2022 I called Dr. Jessie of Chain Reaction to see if she could help my recovery from a hernia operation. Even on the phone, she asked really insightful questions about my health recovery goals (which included the Chicago Marathon 3 months away!) In person, she was:
--an excellent teacher, explaining the muscular/skeletal system in a comprehensible way
--sensitive to a risky situation: only a week off the operating table with a near-desperation to start running again.
--more than a doctor, she was a coach, supporter, and friendmore like a shaman or body whisperershe could really intuit what was needed.
She gave me exercise assignments and weekly limits of running and walking. I saw her each week for a month. Then, I had to leave town for work and we continued sessions on ZoomI was skeptical about the Zoom thing but these sessions, as well, were crucial to my recovery.
A few weeks later (Oct. 2022) I crossed the finish line in Chicago with deep gratitude to Dr. Jessie who had restored my running abilities completely in only 3 months! Since then, I have run 6 more marathons including Boston. I keep Dr. Jessie in the loop and would still be seeing her if we had not moved from Prescott. I, emphatically, recommend her expert services.

Plantar Fasciitis - No More! If you suffer from PF like i did you must go see Jessie at Chain Reaction Physical Therapy. She customized a treatment plan that actually taught me how to walk correctly. As it turns out walking is not as simple as putting one foot in front of the other! Her knowledge of skeletal muscular movement is off the charts so she is able to individualize treatment. And now my favorite pastime of hiking is a lot more enjoyable and Jessie promises I will be able to do this into my eighties.

Mystery knee pain...resolved! Chronic hip issues...fixed! The annoyance of going to PT sessions...nonexistent! That's my experience with Dr. Jessie at Chain Reaction. I can't recommend her more highly.
