I wanted my daughter to get more strength and less injury during her volleyball club season. Her VB training 2x training a week in VB club, and she always got herself injured most of the times. I was talking with Rob Chris the owner, he explained to me what the class about. I've been looking for too long for a training which would increase her performance, decrease/lessen/delete her injury, with the correct posture, balance, training. As an ex-athlete runner myself, it is not easy to motivate oneself to do all the strength training, that's not including motivation and doing the right ones. The PDSA let my daughter tried the class once. We met with the Coach Dr. Brady. As the PT (Physical Therapy personnel), I believe in them more than regular Personal Trainer, because injury in athletes are common-- but to know the correct and right trainings for athlete, since my daughter is a VB player, was really great/awesome. Coach Brady gave modified training for her (since she had/has ankle injury this time , after neck strain 3 weeks ago (all due to VB training in the club/not this class)-- that's really appreciated and great for her. I can tell my daughter really enjoyed the class, learning a lot during a couple sessions, and she has motivations more to go, the exercises that was done correctly if she has Coach Brady who would help, can't wait to see what the next month would do to her VB tournaments in January 2022. The speed and agility/weight training -- packs from Monday to Saturday, I'm excited to see and learn her improvements from this class. -- Thank you Coach Brady and PDSA -- I enrolled my son a few weeks later, with his sister. He also enjoyed the class, everytime it was done, he said " Iam so tired". To me it means "Good workout for him" . And also -- they both work out together might build their teamwork -- maybe haha. But it helps with his basketball game. He ran faster and jump higher, and got stronger. He played his basketball game last Saturday and he scored a few and took a lot ball from another team, he helped his team a little bit. I hope all these will improve their games -- more and more -- correctly, strongly, and injury free Ladies Workout - Tuesday/Thursday I had been looking for a specific exercise/training for my old self (40++). I'm not a weight training person and get bored with exercises pretty much easily- also got sore too much or too little (if I was doing it incorrectly by myself or the trainer who do it all the same to everyone). I was built tiny but I gained fast. So since C. Brady had trained both my athletic kids and they get stronger and injury free. I joined the ladies workout. First 15 minutes warming up, then exercises that's for targeting overall muscles. They were different/mixed all the times, so I also had fun. C. Brady also knows how to do the modification for the exercises since I bruised my knees pretty badly due to the car incident. The exercises target all the muscles without overdoing it, and also in the safe training that I don't have to worry about my injury that's still need time to recover. I still be able to do mod exercises due to C. Brady's help. Really enjoy this class :)
