        When BBVA became PNC a lot of things changed. I hung in there throughout the turmoil. I was in the Bank's lobby when hoards of people were there closing out accounts. Now it has calmed down. But every time I go in to do my banking, there are always new faces behind the counter. I used to know who I was banking with, but not anymore. That was enough for me. I no longer feel confident in PNC. Too many strangers looking at accounts......

        I am a PNC Bank customer from out of state and needed assistance with an unusual document notary service. I was able to speak with the manager on the phone, who made sure that they could help and put me in touch with the notary. We set an appointment time and the service was wonderful. Perfect!
