We highly recommend team Theron Wall for any mortgage needs.  From the easy internet application process, telephone "appointments" so there is no phone tag or waiting around for phone calls, to accessibility, this team is on it.  They are highly professional, knowledgeable and I can't stress enough how accessible matters.  Especially during a VA process where things can start to go sideways at the 11th hour.Theron and Emily remained in contact with us through out the entire process, got us approved extremely quickly, and other than the hiccup that the VA threw into the mix at the very end of the process (the only reason our loan closed late), this is by far the easiest loan process, from a different state and nearly a different country!, that we have ever been involved in. We have used "brokers" as well as quicken in the past, but with telephone conferencing, esign and easy accessibility, team Theron beats the other options easily.We will recommend Theron Wall to everyone we know who needs any kind of mortgage, and we are SO thankful they were recommended to us!
