    I brought my daughter in at 5 pm with a new onset of fever. Even though we weren't current patients and they were closing in 30 minutes, they got us in right away and assessed and treated my daughter, giving me so much peace of mind. I am so grateful for our experience and for Carrie, our care provider, and the MA Gaby. Thank you for your excellent care!!

    I am not sure where to begin... Spectrum (the Crossings, in Prescott) has issues. The staff in the front office, at the desk seem nice but the nurses for the dr. are rude and unhelpful. The P.A. I saw for a severe sinus infection wrote my prescription incorrectly so when I went to the pharmacy they told me it was wrong and no one was calling them back... I called no one would call me back or answer. I went back to the office And asked to speak to the dr or the nurse to get a corrected prescription. I hear the nurse saying "what is she doing here? we can't help her." Really?? I then said I would just sit and wait until they got me a corrected antibiotic prescription ( I am sick with an infection). They finally came out with a rewritten prescription after 20 minutes... If I had not gone back in to the actual building I would never have gotten that prescription or a call back. I have left messages 2 times this week for a call back on a prescription for a refill of blood pressure medicine... I am out. I finally called and the call center (not a dr or nurse) said since I hadn't been in in a few months I needed an appointment. They told me zoom was fine? What is that... how would they be able to check me on zoom? I feel like this is a way to get people into the office every 3 months. The last thing I will write about is that I asked for a referral for a Gastrointestinal Dr. and I was referred to a group that was out of business for more than a year?? When I called to ask for another referral. I never got a call back at all... Later in the month I got a packet from YRMC.. Not any information from Spectrum or a call to explain.. As a new patient I am VERY unhappy with the kind of treatment I have received.

    We didn't use Spectrums services, but YCSO does, and my wife waited HOURS before anyone bothered to show up for a delicate situation here in Prescott. It was maybe a 4 mile trip, and at one point, she told me that it'd be 30 minutes before they could even say where they could show up. Maybe YCSO needs to contract with someone else in case times get busy, or maybe Spectrum needs more staff. If I waited 3 hours during a possible life or death situation for the police, or the fire department, there would be a lawsuit. Get your stuff together!

    It is almost impossible to get any one on the phone. I have waited 30 to 60 minutes on a recording. They offer call back service that is terrible. I Waite d 45 minutes on the phone to be hung up when my turn comes up. They don't call back. The doctor is serving two locations. Now I have to travel 30 miles round trip to see him rather than 1.5 miles. To see him in Prescott, I was quoted 2 to weeks. My wife was in the hospital and discharged. She was told to see our doctor within a week which was impossible.
