        I would never use this title company again. IF you must use Driggs Title, follow every piece of the transaction with a very watchful eye. My home in Prescott closed 12/19. The closing papers I signed did not include the correct commission, and I was emailed a corrected closing statement to sign the morning of closing, with a different proceeds amount. My proceeds were wired to my financial institution with an incorrect account # and I did not receive the funds until 12/22, after a considerable amount of effort on my part. Today, 1/7 I learned my mortgage has NOT been paid off (after having my mortgage payment drafted from my bank account yesterday). VERY poor customer service during my problem with the proceeds, and no apology or accountability.
