We used Megan for title search and she was extremely precise and efficient. Title work was completed very fast! The property was atypical and nonetheless Megan went above and beyond what we expected. Megan was recommended by our agent, and we can see why. She was very personable but absolutely professional, detailed and efficient. We had an extremely challenging escrow, which was contingent upon 2 preceding escrows which were delayed numerous times. Megan stayed very patient and supportive through the stressful process. Finally, as soon as the funds were received she expedited the scheduled and closed within the same day. We are very grateful for her support.
