When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by Christian with a warm Hello! Can I help you with anything, I wasnt really sure what I was looking for and he still was able to help me. He made suggestions and then he made the final decision on the lipstick and it was a perfect fit for me. Jaime the manager is also the best we had a very nice conversation, it was Christmas Eve morning. I also spoke with Audrey who was also very sweet, they all were very helpful helping me buy my Christmas presents. I had a very long list they each helped with different items. Clint checked me out at the register and suggested a gift card for someone I had no idea what she would like. He was super fast, everyone there is very eager to help and want you to leave happy. Customer service is very important to me, since I own a business myself. Extremely friendly service. Its a joy going there.

I came in looking for a full make up package with eyelashes ect. I needed a total complete set up of make up. There was a lady working in foundation and I waved her down for help while she was helping another woman. So I figured she would come assist me But NO! About 6 other woman came in for foundation and other things in the area and she had no problem greeting them or helping them when they asked. I made the complaint to the cashier bc I spent 30 mins going thru 12 different shades and brands on my hands my forearms and face without her ever coming to help me! Even when she wasnt busy she still ignored me. Worst customer service Ive received from Ulta in my 20yrs.
